Fees Agreement

This contract was drawn up on ___________ between _________________________________, 
                                                   (Owner of the bitch to be bred) 
ADDRESS: __________________________________________________________ 

and Christie & Lisa Cash (owner of the stud dog) of Cash's Bull Babies in mutual 

agreement of both parties.

Cooled Shipped Semen:
Owner of Bitch agrees:

1.    	To pay for all veterinary fees to the stud dog owner in addition to the stud fee 

2.    	To pay shipment fees to the stud dog owner in addition to the stud fee.

3.    	To pay for all fees occurred from a second shipment of semen in the event the
 
        bitch does not conceive the first time.

4.    	To send back shipping boxes to stud owner ASAP, if boxes are not returned; 

	Owner of bitch agrees to pay stud dog owner $36.95 for each shipping box that is 

	not returned.

Artificial Insemination:
Owner of Bitch agrees:

1.      To pay our one time insemination fee of $100.00. This fee is in addition to the 

        stud fee. The one time fee covers all inseminations during that breeding cycle.

2.    	To pay for all veterinary fees to the stud dog owner in addition to the stud fee.
	
3.    	To pay for all fees occurred from a second insemination in the event the bitch does 

	not conceive the first time. This includes our $100.00 insemination fee.

4.    	If the female is left with us, we charge $5.00 a night for boarding the female and 

	this is only available if arrangements are made in advance with stud dog owner. We are 

	limited on the amount of dogs we can keep so this is not always open. 





The above agreement is made and signed this _______day of____________________20____ 
by Cash's Bull Babies and the owner of the bitch to assure the well-being of 
the animals involved and their progeny. This contract shall be deemed a legally 
binding contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of Kentucky in the 
County of Bath.

understand its complete contents, and agree to it fully:
